Cow Hollow

Situated between the “flats” of the Marina and the hills of Pacific Heights is a fantastic residential neighborhood called Cow Hollow. Named for it once being pastureland where cattle grazed, it is now known for the very chic and cool Union Street boutiques and restaurants. This neighborhood is a mix of single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments. Cow Hollow is ideally located with easy proximity to neighboring commercial streets: Chestnut Street, Fillmore Street, Polk Street – in addition to Union Street.
